1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ST999 platform — whether through the website at st999.onl or through the ST999 mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment you click "Register" or begin using any ST999 service.

These terms apply to all products and services offered under the ST999 brand, including sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, and any promotional or bonus programmes. Where specific game rules or promotional terms exist, those apply in addition to these general terms. In cases of direct conflict, the more specific terms take precedence.

• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not allow another person to place bets or play games through your account.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy policy — details are available from our support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ST999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account. Payment methods available to you may vary and are subject to change.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Deposits are processed in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa — your balance updates within seconds of completing the transaction in your payment app. Bank transfers may take longer depending on processing times.

Regarding withdrawals:

5 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ST999 are subject to these general terms and any sport-specific rules published in the platform's Rules section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

• Bet Acceptance: ST999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet reference number.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-Play Betting: During live cricket, football and esports events, odds update in real time. ST999 is not responsible for any technical delay between the live event and the odds displayed on the platform.
• Match Abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined, most pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that already settled during in-play will stand. Full details are in the sport-specific rules.
• Obvious Errors: If odds are clearly displayed in error — for example, a market priced significantly outside normal ranges — ST999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether they have already been confirmed.
• Accumulators: If any leg of an accumulator bet is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator is settled on the remaining legs.

PSL, international T20 cricket, Test matches, ODIs and football leagues are all covered under these rules. Specific settlement rules for each sport are available within the platform.

6 Casino and Games

ST999 offers Live Casino, Slots, Bingo and other games supplied by third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself.

• Return to Player (RTP): All games offered on ST999 have certified RTP percentages set by the game provider. These are theoretical averages over millions of spins or rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. If a technical disconnection occurs mid-round, the round will be settled based on the game provider's recorded data. ST999 is not liable for internet connection issues on the player's end.

ST999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity, including fraud and money laundering. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation in any such case.

9 Responsible Gaming
